Peter's older brother and fellow Christian apostle, St. Andrew, was also known as Andrew the Apostle. Andrew was born at Bethsaida, a Sea of Galilee village. To this day, St. Andrew is revered in Georgia and Cyprus for striking rocks on the shore and releasing healing waters upon his arrival.
