Saint Romanus of Condat

A Roman saint that devoted his life to serving and learning about the Lord, Romanus was a man of many talents. He was a monk at Lyon and a hermit in Jura with his siblings. He was a spiritual teacher and founded the abbeys of Condat. He is the patron saint of the mentally ill, insane, and drowning victims. He is celebrated on the 28th day of February.
